Request from client:

Project YASNO. This is a mobile application for paying utility bills for electricity.  The customer made a request for research, does it make sense to invest further in development, given the obvious problems with the application and the fact that users do not use it. Is there a potential for the application to develop, is it possible to improve it and how to do it...

Strategic:
Switch payers from use
other services (including offline) to use Yasno in order to increase the margin of the service.

Tactical:
Clarify customer base Reduce call center load

Result

The application itself will not be able to solve the issue of switching from third-party applications (private, mono) for payment.
Current users should be informed that Yasno=Dtek as there is no trust in the brand.
In payment services, you need to show how to use the application and inform about the benefits.
